Services Provided

Mink Tax LLC provides tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping, and related financial services. All services are provided by qualified tax professionals in accordance with IRS regulations and professional standards.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Submit all necessary documents in a timely manner
• Review and approve your tax return before filing
• Pay for services as agreed upon
• Notify us of any changes to your information

Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on the complexity of your tax situation and are communicated before we begin work. Payment is due before your return is filed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable once work has been completed.

Accuracy and Guarantees

We strive to prepare accurate returns based on the information you provide. However, you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your tax return. We recommend that you review your return carefully before approval.

While we take every precaution to ensure accuracy, Mink Tax LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mink Tax LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. If you terminate services after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
